ROCKIN' WITH THE MONKEYS AT SAINT ROCKE!

Yes, the Twi-Partner-In-Crime Megan met up with me again this weekend for the 100 Monkeys show in Hermosa Beach. Did she finally get her picture with Jackson? Not quite. But did we have a fun night together regardless? ABSOLUTELY! :-0

First up, two cool bands opened up for them: http://www.myspace.com/philconnelly and http://www.myspace.com/kidtheodore, so show some love to these guys! And for the record, Saint Rocke is an awesome live venue. It reminded me of a small and cozy version of the House of Blues. Follow them on twitter at @saintrocke.

So the place is so small that we just walked right up to the stage after the opening acts and we're in the front row. NICE! So when the band started to set up, we got to say hi to everyone. Jackson was setting up near us, so we started talking to him and he was so sweet as always. Then I told him, "hey, you look like you can use one of these....." and held up my beer. He's all "ALWAYS". Wuuuuttttt..... was that an invitation to get you DRUNK, Mr. Rathbone? Megan starts asking if he's serious, 'cause she will seriously go and buy him a beer. He's all "sure" and Megan bolts like lightning to the bar! haha When she returns with the beer, Jackson takes it and thanks her and then he clinks glasses with us for a toast. We instantly become the envy of all women in the room. SCORRREEEE!!!!! :-0

We never knew Jared was married 'til we saw his wedding band that night. I told him he wasn't going to be able to play with those glasses on all night. But he's like "Bet I will!" Go on with your bad self, J. Rad! haha

Just as predicted -- I told you the glasses wouldn't stay on! Good save, Meg! And yes, Jared was shocked that he got 'em back! :-0
